Located right in the heart of London’s West End, within walking distance of Oxford Street, Self Service is one of the UK’s fastest growing and dynamic sales and distribution agencies with a remit to sell and distribute medium and high–end fashion brands from all around the world to luxury boutiques, multi store independents and department stores throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Launched in 2002 by former retailer Obi Ejiofor, with a view to creating the perfect “one stop shop” for buyers – a place where a retailer could buy pretty much everything they might need for their business – where all the stress of finding exciting, directional and commercial collections could be removed – the showroom has developed into a fully integrated sales and distribution operation, with a main sales office and showroom space in London; a bonded warehouse at Heathrow, a second warehousing, marketing and accountancy office based in Chiswick London and sub agents worldwide.
At the heart of the business, lies a deep rooted passion for the fashion industry and a commitment to encourage sustained growth and longevity for the brands that we look after. Key to this is our extensive base of specialist retailers and our in depth knowledge of the market – as well as the careful selection of brands that compliment rather than compete with each other.
Driven by Founder and Creative Director Adam Vanunu, COTTON CITIZEN is about experimenting with colour, mastering
the art of garment dying, setting colour trends and perfecting the exacting fits and hand-distressed finishes on the brand’s timeless cotton and denim basics. A curated palette of super saturated, eye-catching colours for men and women are released every season, created exclusively with their dye house’s capabilities.
Inspired by destinations around the world, Cotton Citizen is designed and produced in Los Angeles. Each Cotton Citizen piece is as unique as the person who wears it.
