Born out of the isolation of the pandemic and the need to connect – Sisters Department takes the essential joys of female friendship, those moments lived together, felt together, survived together and distils them into a collection designed to tell and celebrate those stories,

Designed and produced in Porto, Portugal, a city whose vitality is woven into every garment, Sisters Department is shaped around the shared experience of 3 friends - Mariana, Ines and Marta. Like their friendship, the collection is wild and spirited, featuring slogan tees and sweatshirts, knitted cardigans, spicy co-ords and printed scarves.

All friendship groups have their stories to tell - stories of pizza parties, crazy nights out, interrailing across Europe – hopes and dreams – loves and losses – Mariana, Ines and Marta want to share some (if not all!) of theirs…
